An Annual General Meeting (commonly abbreviated as AGM) is a meeting that is held every year to elect the President/Committee members and inform their members of previous and future activities. It is an opportunity for the shareholders and partners to receive copies of the company's accounts as well as reviewing fiscal information for the past year and asking any questions regarding the direction Certified Builders will take in the future.

Means of Voting:

NZS 3604:1999 has been revised & superseded by a new version NZS 3604:2011 when finalised the new version will be out this year!
